Our 32 week scan was scheduled yesterday - but despite hitting the send/receive button twenty thousand times on my computer from 8pm to 4am - it just didn't turn up. So now I'm staying calm and re-assuring myself that this is NOT a bad sign - and the scan simply got bumped to today! I have sent a two-sentence email to Lalit and I'm sure everything will be okaaaaaay!!! .....
Feel free to send a 10 sentence email to the doctor herself (with lots of exclamation points). We've all been there and she understands that we need she these reassurances. 32 weeks!!! who hooooooooooooooooo!!!
ReplyDeleteWeeeeeee 32 weeks - how exciting.
ReplyDeleteNO news is good news, no news is good news......then press that send button!
ReplyDeleteNo need to send emails directly to the doctor, it's not her job to send scans, you have client managers to chase things up for you. We can get things done faster than anyone. Scans aren't always done on the actual day you turn a certain week. An quick email to a CM or to Lalit will get you a scan date if not the scan. of course there is nothing to worry about.
ReplyDeleteGreetings from SCI Healthcare...!!! We thank you for your email. We would like to inform you that R----'s USG scan was done yesterday i.e. on 25th June, 2012. However, the USG reports could not be printed as there was some technical error in Dr. J----'s system. We are very sorry for not updating you about the same. Once we receive the reports, we will send it to you immediately. We will keep you updated.
ReplyDeleteCan assure everyone that scan date was set by SCI (not just when I thought it should be due) and they have never been late before - always wonderful - so when 24hrs clicked by with no word - it's fair to say I was getting edgy. Can only assume now that scan was ok and that SOMEONE would have contacted me if it wasn't. My shoulders are like bricks and my head hurts!.... Oh the joys of motherhood :)
ReplyDeleteCongrats on 32 weeks!!!!
